Project objectives at a glance

In total, five objectives (O1 – O5) were defined, each of which covers a specific set of innovative research measures:

O1: Improve the efficiency of integrated WBG-based power electronics (PE) components and systems

O2: Reduce the cost of power electronics components and systems

O3: Reduce size and weight of power electronics and electric powertrains

O4: Increase reliability and dependability through integrated design and intelligent control

O5: Implement WBG-based power electronics meeting automotive quality levels
